So, I don't like using people on DA for my personal reasons but I am REALLY confused. I started liking my best friend. He just seems like the perfect person to be with and everything he does around me and my friends is either adorable, sweet, or funny. He's absolutely wonderful. But I don't think he will ever like me back in the same way, so if he isn't, then I don't want to waste my time loving him in that way. I'll probably just hurt myself in the end. We still love each other and think of each other as brother and sister. He's just super sweet but i found out that he is afraid of love because he's afraid of losing it. It happened to him before with one of his family members who he really admired and I think it really scarred him. So, if any of you are good with advice on this sort of thing, I would appreciate the help!
